You have heard the expression that the only thing constant in life is change.
Most things change every moment.<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

Isn’t is comforting to know that the Natural Laws and Universal Principles remain constant?
The Golden Rule never changes and never will change.<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

The 10 Commandments are universal.
Being kind to one another is forever.<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

When looking at how life works, try controlling all of your thoughts.
Don’t think of a pink elephant. :):):)<\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

 <\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

There is little that you can control in life.<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

However, you have the freedom of choice and the ability to choose your own thoughts and actions.<\/p>\n

One thing you can control is your words and actions.
Once you say something or do something you cannot take it back.<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

So, make your thoughts, words and actions uplifting and positive.
Find a way to contribute to your well being and to others.<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

It takes the same amount of energy to be negative as it does to be positive.<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

The effects are drastically different.<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

Kindness, encouragement and love support, uplift and inspire people.<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

They make even the most difficult challenges easier to bear.<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

When something is said with anger, judgment or criticism it colors the communication <\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

and makes it hard, if not impossible for the person to receive the full message.<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/font><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/font><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n
