Some of our greatest blessings are the angels God sends to us to help on our path in life.\u00a0 These angels can take the form of special people and helpers who guide us with their unconditional love, kindness and support.<\/span><\/p>\n

Has someone special made a difference in your life? <\/span>
\nHas someone encouraged you, nurtured you or inspired you?
\nHas someone loved you the way you are?<\/span><\/p>\n

God blessed our family by sending us not only a wonderful housekeeper to live with us, but an angel named Madeline Brown.\u00a0 She liked to be called, \u201cMaddy\u201d and also \u201cBrownie.\u201d\u00a0 Maddy took care of our family in so many more ways than just cooking, cleaning and laundry.\u00a0 Maddy brought love, kindness and true service into her work.<\/span>\u00a0 She was an old soul.<\/span><\/p>\n

Maddy knew the secret to being an incredible Nanny.\u00a0 She loved us<\/em>.\u00a0 Maddy cared about people and doing a good job \u2013 so naturally it showed and you could see it and feel it.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

During those challenging high school years, Maddy and I were close and would talk often.\u00a0 I could share my feelings, questions, confusion and find a caring, wise and loving soul who truly listened to me.\u00a0 The real miracle was Maddy did not want anything from me.\u00a0 Maddy only wanted my best.<\/span><\/p>\n

When I did not understand why people could be so cruel or why life seemed so unfair, Maddy\u2019s love and compassion were always there.\u00a0 The situation did not change, yet I felt better.\u00a0 This is the power of love and kindness.<\/span><\/p>\n

Maddy made a HUGE difference in our family and in my life.<\/span><\/p>\n
