You are the light<\/font><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Feel that your mind is flooded with light.  <\/span>Superconsciousness influences mental processes constructively resisting, restraining and dissolving destructive drives and tendencies rooted in the deeper level of mind.  <\/span>From now on all impulses that arise in your mind will be entirely constructive as will be your attitudes and thoughts. Visualize your mind illumined, made radiant by the light of you.  <\/span>You as soul, you are the light.<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

Let you meditative calm and superconscious awareness flood the body contributing to ever deeper relaxation, strengthening of the body’s immune system, slowing of biological aging processes, awakening of regenerative forces, balancing of all flows of force and energy and regulating the activities of all organs, glands and systems.  <\/span>Let you body be vitalized, spiritualized.<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

Accept physical wellness as natural.  <\/span>Accept the ideal of flawless mental function as natural.  <\/span>Accept the ideal of emotional maturity as natural.  <\/span>Accept the ideal of harmonious and supportive relationships in your life as natural.  <\/span>Accept the ideal of prosperity and success in all worthwhile ventures as natural.<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

Extend your awareness a little bit, acknowledge the universe in which you dwell and that the universe is consciousness in expression.  <\/span>It is self referring, self renewing, self complete, whole, one thing.  <\/span>At the level of mind and body you are part of the universe.  <\/span>You are involved with universal processes, therefore, now that you are relaxed and centered and open the universe supports you fully.  <\/span>All of your needs are met easily.  <\/span>All of your legitimate desires are fulfilled without effort.  <\/span><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

Feel yourself to be on your right course in life, even if your way is not clear before you, feel confident that you are in your right place in harmony with the rhythms and flows of nature and doors will opens, events will unfold, circumstances will be presented to confirm your conviction, your realization. <\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

Acknowledge all people with love and goodwill, bless them and wish them well.
Be happy, be thankful.<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n
