\"TatianadelTorro.jpg\"<\/span> Last night, Scott MacIntyre, Lil Rounds and Jorge Nunez joined Danny Gokey, Alexis Grace, Michael Sarver, Allison Iraheta, Kris Allen and Adam Lambert, and the judges announced the 8 contestants who will vie tonight for the final three spots in the Top 12. They are:
\nAnoop Desai
\nRicky Braddy
\nVon Smith
\nJesse Langseth
\nJasmine Murray
\nMegan Corkrey
\nMatt Giraud
\nand as much as it pains me to type this … Tatiana del Toro.
\nThere are no surprises on that list, except Tatiana. I think this season has some of the best talent the show has had in a while. And whoever makes it through tonight will be just fine with me … except Tatiana. She has a great voice but I simply cannot watch her mental meltdowns twice a week.
\nBut join me tonight for the Wild Card round. We’ll have our top 12 at the end of the night. Remember, the Wild Card picks are really important to the competition. Jennifer Hudson was a Wild Card pick. So was Clay Aiken. The next American Idol might be in this group.<\/p>\n
