You can find more of his work and ministry at <a href=\" http:\/\/chiselseason.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">ChiselSeason.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>What if I told you, Jesus came to abolish religion?<br \/>\nWhat if I told you getting you to vote republican, really wasn\u2019t his mission?<br \/>\nBecause republican doesn\u2019t automatically mean Christian,<br \/>\nAnd just because you call some people blind, doesn\u2019t automatically give you vision.<br \/>\nIf religion is so great, why has it started so many wars?<br \/>\nWhy does it build huge churches, but fails to feed the poor?<br \/>\nTells single moms God doesn\u2019t love them if they\u2019ve ever been divorced<br \/>\nYet God in the Old Testament actually calls the religious people whores<br \/>\nReligion preaches grace, but another thing they practice,<br \/>\nTend to ridicule Gods people, they did it to John the Baptist,<br \/>\nCant fix their problems, so they try to mask it,<br \/>\nNot realizing that\u2019s just like sprayin perfume on a casket<br \/>\nBecause the problem with religion is that it never gets to the core,<br \/>\nIt\u2019s just behavior modification, like a long list of chores.<br \/>\nLet\u2019s dress up the outside, make things look nice and neat,<br \/>\nIts funny that\u2019s what they do to mummies, while the corpse rots underneath,<br \/>\nNow I ain\u2019t judging I\u2019m just saying be careful of putting on a fake look,<br \/>\nBecause there\u2019s a problem if people only know that you\u2019re a Christian by that little section on your facebook<br \/>\nIn every other aspect of life you know that logics unworthy<br \/>\nIts like saying you play for the lakers just because you bought a jersey<br \/>\nBut see I played this game too; no one seemed to be on to me,<br \/>\nI was acting like church kid, while addicted to pornography.<br \/>\nI\u2019d go to church on Sunday, but on saturday getting faded,<br \/>\nActing as if I was simply created to have sex and get wasted.<br \/>\nSpend my whole life putting on this fa\u00e7ade of neatness,<br \/>\nBut now that I know Jesus, I boast in my weakness.<br \/>\nIf grace is water, then the church should be an ocean,<br \/>\nCuz its not a museum for good people, it\u2019s a hospital for the broken<br \/>\nI no longer have to hide my failures I don\u2019t have to hide my sin,<br \/>\nBecause my salvation doesn\u2019t depend on me, it depends on him.<br \/>\nbecause when I was Gods enemy and certainly not a fan,<br \/>\nGod looked down on me and said, \u201cI want that man!\u201d<br \/>\nWhich is so different from religious people, and why Jesus called em fools<br \/>\nDon\u2019t you see hes so much better than just following some rules?<br \/>\nNow let me clarify, I love the church, I love the bible, and I believe in sin<br \/>\nBut my question, is if Jesus were here today, would your church let Him in?<br \/>\nRemember He was called a drunkard and a glutton by\u00a0 \u201creligious men\u201d<br \/>\nThe Son of God not supported self-righteousness, not now, not then.<\/p>\n<p>Now back to the topic, one thing I think is vital to mention,<br \/>\nHow Jesus and religion are on opposite spectrums,<br \/>\nOne is the work of God one is a man made invention,<br \/>\nOne is the cure and one is the infection.<br \/>\nBecause Religion says do, Jesus says done.<br \/>\nReligion says slave, Jesus says son,<br \/>\nReligion puts you in shackles but Jesus sets you free.<br \/>\nReligion makes you blind, but Jesus lets you see.<\/p>\n<p>This is what makes religion and Jesus two different clans,<br \/>\nReligion is man searching for God, but Christianity is God searching for man.<br \/>\nWhich is why salvation is freely mine, forgiveness is my own,<br \/>\nNot based on my efforts, but Christ\u2019s obedience alone.<br \/>\nBecause he took the crown of thorns, and blood that dripped down his face<br \/>\nHe took what we all deserved, that\u2019s why we call it grace.<br \/>\nWhile being murdered he yelled \u201cfather forgive them, they know not what they do\u201d,<br \/>\nBecause when he was dangling on that cross, he was thinking of you<br \/>\nHe paid for all your sin, and then buried it in the tomb,<br \/>\nWhich is why im kneeling at the cross now saying come on there\u2019s room<br \/>\nSo know I hate religion, in fact I literally resent it,<br \/>\nBecause when Jesus cried It is finished, I believe He meant it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CLICK &#8220;SHARE&#8221; TO SEND THIS TO SOMEONE WHO NEEDS TO HEAR THE TRUTH!
