The opposite of this is when the government sector consumes more. Remember government or the public sector consumes from the private sector. That means that all public sector jobs come from money from three sources: Taxation, Inflation, or Borrowing.\u00a0 The public sector is a pass through for money, not a producing and profiting venture.<\/p>\n
