At the very least, gay couples will return from wedding ceremonies in California to sue for legal recognition of their unions in their home states.<br \/>\nTo the Christian Right, this is the nightmare scenario that it has spent the last few years arguing merits a constitutional amendment banning gay marriage. The movement is determined to make this an issue in 2008.
