How does it feel entering your nose?<\/p>\n<p>It has been said many times over by many yogis and others but by controlling our breath we can control our experiences.&nbsp;We can be more present.&nbsp;Breath also&nbsp;transports us from one moment to the next. Breath is our connection to spirit, to our body to the world, to our deepest selves. And so, our dear Ms. Holly has collected some of her favorite quotes about breath and breathing&#8211;from everyone from Sylvia Plath to Rumi.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s one that makes me gasp a little: <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;There is one way of breathing that is shameful and constricted.
