<\/p>\n<p>She wrote that each day&#8217;s task list should include some &#8220;I want to,&#8221; and never just &#8220;I must, should, or have to.&#8221;&nbsp; This formulation could become a meaningful morning exercise to set an intention of both &#8220;want to&#8221;
