My answer to that question is almost always that I think something.&nbsp; I think, &#8220;What time is it?&#8221;&nbsp; &#8220;Did I sleep wrong on my shoulder again?&#8221;&nbsp; &#8220;What should I have for breakfast?&#8221;&nbsp; &#8220;How many emails do I have waiting for me in my in-box?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>I am going to try to challenge myself to replace my think-y &#8220;first thing&#8221; with something else, an action instead of a thought.&nbsp; Maybe a stretch where I enjoy the feeling of my soft sheets for one last moment.&nbsp; A deep, audible breath.&nbsp; A mindful swing of my legs so I can fully experience the feeling of my feet on the floor.<\/p>\n<p><b>What do you think of your current &#8220;first thing&#8221;
