This mesmerizing timelapse video follows Christoph Rehage as he walks 4,500 km across China over the course of a year…and grows the mop of hair and impressive beard to prove it.  <\/p>\n

Today is the “first day back” for many of us whose vacations ended with Labor Day weekend, so the video (which I discovered via the wonderful Mighty Girl<\/a>) hits me as the perfect brain break platform for thinking about how journeys, trips, treks, or even “stay-cations” change us.<\/p>\n
