To solve both problems (<a href=\"http:\/\/blog.beliefnet.com\/\/freshliving\/2009\/03\/how-to-speak-peace.html\">feed two birds with one seed<\/a>, as it were), she offers a lovely, hydrating breakfast smoothie recipe:<\/p>\n<p><strong><strong><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n1 medium ripe banana, peeled<br \/>\n3\/4 cup pineapple juice <em>(no sugar added; natural juice)<\/em><br \/>\n1\/2 cup plain low-fat or no-fat yogurt <br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon vanilla extract<br \/>\n1\/2 cup strawberries, rinsed, stems removed<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><strong><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><br \/>\nBreak banana into small pieces and put in the blender with the pineapple juice, yogurt, vanilla extract and strawberries. Blend until smooth.
