So what are your favorites?&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p><span class=\"mt-enclosure mt-enclosure-image\"><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.beliefnet.com\/freshliving\/IMG_1778.JPG\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"IMG_1778.JPG\" src=\"https:\/\/wp-media.beliefnet.com\/assets_c\/2009\/02\/IMG_1778-thumb-256x170-3251.jpg\" class=\"mt-image-left\" style=\"margin: 0pt 20px 20px 0pt;float: left\" height=\"170\" width=\"256\" \/><\/a><\/span>Here are my current favies&#8211;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.greenandblacks.com\/\">Green &amp; Blacks<\/a> organic caramel and almond milk chocolate bars, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lakechamplainchocolates.com\/\">Lake Champlain<\/a> (made in Vermont!) dark chocolate peppermint crunch, and a big honkin&#8217; 62% cacao beauty from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scharffenberger.com\/\">Scharffen Berger<\/a>.&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Though I&#8217;m mostly a break-off-a-piece-and-chomp chocolate eater, I can&#8217;t resist baking with it too, and used the Scharffen Berger this week to make these itsy-bitsy chocolate cookies from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.101cookbooks.com\/archives\/itsy-bitsy-chocolate-chip-cookies-recipe.html\">Heidi Swanson&#8217;s fabulous recipe<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p><span class=\"mt-enclosure mt-enclosure-image\"><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.beliefnet.com\/freshliving\/IMG_1784.JPG\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"IMG_1784.JPG\" src=\"https:\/\/wp-media.beliefnet.com\/sites\/84\/import\/assets_c\/2009\/02\/IMG_1784-thumb-512x341-3253.jpg\" class=\"mt-image-center\" style=\"margin: 0pt auto 20px;text-align: center\" height=\"341\" width=\"512\" \/><\/a><\/span><br \/>Happy Chocolate Day, everyone!&nbsp; And speaking of, have you visited our beautiful <a href=\"http:\/\/www.beliefnet.com\/Love-Family\/Relationships\/Holidays\/Valentines-Day\/index.aspx\">Valentine&#8217;s Day page<\/a> yet?&nbsp; It&#8217;s full of yummy fun.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At Valentine&#8217;s Day a woman&#8217;s fancy turns to thoughts of chocolate.&nbsp; Where I come from, chocolate is a health food (turns out, science agrees!).
