\"4401running_hourglass.jpg\"<\/a><\/span>Waiting is such an emotionally charged process.  If you’re anything like me, when faced with a wait, you waffle between (among!) potential outcomes, you oscillate between emotional poles, you obsess and then beat yourself up for obsessing.  <\/p>\n

Waiting is a universal human experience, and a broad one.  We wait for scary things like medical test results, for happy things like college acceptance letters, for exciting things like a new love interest to return a call, for simple things like a lettuce seed to emerge and signal spring, and for mundane things like tables in crowded restaurants.<\/p>\n

For any of you who are waiting for anything at all, I put together a playlist of songs to help you either revel in the possibilities or lament the agonizingly slow passage of time.  Add your own song ideas to the combox – hey, it’ll pass the time while you’re….waiting!<\/p>\n
