Here are some of the things I have to be grateful for today&#8230;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<blockquote class=\"webkit-indent-blockquote\"><p>My husband and I are still best friends after after 13 years of marriage.<\/p>\n<p>Three unique and talented kids who I love choose to call me mom.<\/p>\n<p>Following my passions and vocation have converged in a teaching and writing career that is challenging and fulfilling.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"webkit-indent-blockquote\"><p>I&#8217;ve learned that I don&#8217;t have to be &#8220;happy&#8221; in order to be happy and that I can mourn deep losses and celebrate great joys in the same moment.<\/p>\n<p>The pursuit of perfection is no longer on my to-do list.<\/p>\n<p>I no longer keep to-do lists.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"webkit-indent-blockquote\"><p><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"webkit-indent-blockquote\"><p>I am not alone, even when I feel that way.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"webkit-indent-blockquote\"><p><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"webkit-indent-blockquote\"><p>Neither are you.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>So, what&#8217;s on your gratitude list?&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>While we don&#8217;t need to wait for Thanksgiving to write a gratitude list, it&#8217;s not a bad time to reflect and say thank you.
