But what happens when 16-year old tween idol Miley Cyrus does a pole dance on the Kid&#8217;s Choice Awards and her 9 year old sister and other little girls are videotaped at a pre-event party twirling around the same poles wearing cute little skirts and knee-high boots?\u00a0Unfortunately, products like the Pole Dancer Doll (below) may be the outcome.
