\"FlightThere is a statement ‘Grief is the last act of love we can give to those we love.’\u00a0Sending prayers and love for those affected by the concert bombing. This is for all those who feel betrayed, shocked, hurt, depressed, oppressed, unsafe, hatefilled, anxious and unseen by the injust actions we are witnessing. \u00a0A loving reminder… There are more people in the world who are loving than there are haters. There are more people in the world who are kind than there are those obsessed with destruction. Do not lose sight of the whole picture in the pinpoint of a destructive pain filled act caused by a soul in trauma bent on causing others the pain he himself is experiencing as\u00a0a disconnection from the whole.<\/p>\n

Waking into the open heart of grief and the questions of Why? and What can I do? One thing comes up instinctively. Prayers. Is a time to mourn, to hold each other in love and grace and to remember we who hold space of prayer for those who are in need, are indeed, always safe, held whole and blessed.<\/p>\n

\"ManchesterWhen the unimaginable happens it is a time of deep connection to all and remembering how fragile this precious life we are privileged to experience together, to remember we are more alike than we are different and that we do not know how or what someone is going through, what pain and distress creates they want to enact that pain on others. One of us does not represent all of us but it is part of the human psyche, we can all relate to, that momentary distress and fever as to lash out.<\/p>\n

When the unimaginable happens it is a moment to reflect and reconnect in a deeply\u00a0cleansing\u00a0way to an eternal channel of inner light and peace. One great way is through our breath and in that space using our hearts and words and love to express prayfulness to connect with the other side, prayers for peace, for love, for holding, for transition, for grace, for belonging, for connection, for peace, for understanding and power, power enough to allow the flow of our tears and anger in kind and compassionate ways that demonstrate the majority of our humanity, the parts of us that know how to keep our hearts open to each other, that allows space for the gaping ache into transformation, where we feed all our children with love, knowledge and nourishment for a world that knows deeper and every increasing levels of peace and we project that into our news, our homes and communities by beginning where it starts… in our own hearts.<\/p>\n

Prayers for grace, for all. \u00a0The quantum field of possibilities beyond all of it reminds me of a Rumi quote \u2013 grief can be a garden of compassion. If you keep your heart open through everything, your pain can become your greatest ally in your life\u2019s search for love and wisdom.<\/p>\n

Be kinder today, be more compassionate, see how you can connect with those who need our support who are asking for help who are reaching out with all their might to have a space in the world where they are part of the whole where they remember we are more alike than we are different and as we move beyond and into deeper fields of understanding and love all these traumas will disappear.<\/p>\n

AS you read this allow a flow of Prayers for all who are in need, who are our brothers and sisters who need our aid, and our love and our tears and our support. We stand with you, we stand together, we will rise through and find ways to build bridges and become the stewards of a world where we do not divide and hold space for the infinite eternal divine love and wisdom to radiate through our limiting concepts of needing to hurt another to stop our own pain. \u00a0Allow the prayers of the heart to connect you through your grief, and suffering and gratitude and ideas into the collective heart we all share.<\/p>\n

Here are a few prayerful meditations, music, dance, spiritual, christian, muslum to connect to. Find something that brings you peace, take moments to center into your heart and experience the divine grace of prayefulness and when you feel comfort extend that outwards. If you do not feel you can send prayers and are in need of comfort and grace and love. Recieve the deep wonder of all that<\/p>\n
