No one is holding you prisoner. \u00a0Get out of your own way and listen to your heart.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Be grateful for the gifts you have been given and all the opportunities that come your way as you celebrate your accomplishments. \u00a0Each and every one.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Life is made up all kinds of opportunities, no matter what happens, to say, \u00a0&#8216;YES! I am amazing. I learned a great lesson.&#8217; \u00a0&#8216;That rocked that, and I figured it out.&#8217; or \u00a0and my personal favorite, &#8216;Miracles!&#8217;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Have a miracle. \u00a0Today and everyday.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">We have all heard the great truth, &#8216;what other people think of me\u00a0is none of my\u00a0business.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span class=\"highl\">From Genesis &#8211; &#8220;As for you, you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good in order to bring about this present result, to preserve many people alive.<\/span>\u00a0So therefore, do not be afraid; I will provide for you.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">It doesn&#8217;t matter\u00a0if you succeed or fail, just that you keep on keeping on in your practice of Loving you. \u00a0Who is to say what is a success or failure you never know. \u00a0You learn by mistakes and failures and testing and trying and using more and more of your intuition. \u00a0Life is progressive. \u00a0We give everything all the meaning it has.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">My therapist,\u00a0Vanessa shared this story with me, which never fails to remind me the process is everything, the outcome isn&#8217;t.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\u201cLast weekend I went to a high school golf match and there was a Young Boy who came off the links after 18 holes with quite a disastrously high scoring round. \u00a0In contrast to how bad we all felt, for him the beating he took with his last place triple digit finish, was. &#8220;That was awesome.&#8221; with\u00a0a huge smile on his face and a look of total enjoyment in response to his Dad\u2019s question \u2018Are you okay?\u2019<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\u201cIsn\u2019t it fantastic Dad. I am headed in the right direction.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">You are headed in the right direction.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Live in the light of that truth.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">STAY GROUNDED in gratitude.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">The grounded self can accept comments, can understand the<br \/>\ncontext in which advice is offered, can even establish the<br \/>\nnecessary boundaries to take the words in. A centered self<br \/>\ncan respond, react, evaluate and utilize input. The crazed<br \/>\njudging unloving self has no business even trying.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Define success for yourself.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">May you feel connected, comforted and full of peace<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Today. Now. I will ignite my light!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">I won\u2019t shy away from commitment, I will practice showing up for myself<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">I won\u2019t\u00a0focus on the negative, I will accentuate the positive<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">I won\u2019t worry about what might happen, I will celebrate what does<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">I will have a miracle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">I won\u2019t talk about war, I will feel peace.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">I won\u2019t talk about what isn\u2019t working.\u00a0I will experience what is.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">I won\u2019t complain about what people don\u2019t do.\u00a0I will appreciate what they do.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Cura Et Labore \u201cwith care and work\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">I am going to allow myself to be uplifted.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">And be willing to see change.
