Give your all to the task at hand dropping into the deeper waters of the moment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">When you express love in every action your relationships, your creativity, your dating experiences, your job, your being, your life, expands into each moment. \u00a0You deepen your understanding that every encounter is one where we have the privilege of impacting someone&#8217;s life for the better.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">A dear friend shared the story of the\u00a0Starfish Thrower as an answer to her own questions around how, after this past years massive efforts where she gave everything she had, was tested beyond belief, risked everything, jumping off cliff after cliff without ceasing, only to realize more, then more, was required to move through her entrepreneurial world changing efforts and she had nothing left to give. \u00a0Inspired by The Star Thrower from natural science writer Loren Eiseley\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">After quite a brutal ocean side storm a man stepped out for his morning walk along the shore.\u00a0 As he looked down the beach, he saw a human figure moving like a dancer.\u00a0 He smiled to himself to think of someone who would dance to the tides.\u00a0 As he got closer, he noticed that it was a young girl and the young girl wasn\u2019t dancing, but instead she was reaching down to the shore, picking up what he now realized were starfish and very gently throwing them one at a time back into the ocean.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">He called out, \u201cGood morning!\u00a0 What are you doing?\u201d The young girl paused, looked up and replied \u201cThrowing starfish into the ocean.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\u201cI guess I should have asked, why are you throwing starfish into the ocean?\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\u201cThe sun is up and the tide is going out. And if I don\u2019t throw them in they\u2019ll die.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\u201cBut don\u2019t you realize that there are miles and miles of beach and starfish all along it. You can\u2019t possibly make a difference!\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">The young girl listened politely. Then bent down, picked up another starfish and threw it into the sea, past the breaking waves.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\u201cIt made all the difference for that one!\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">The old man looked at the girl inquisitively and thought about what she had done and said. \u00a0Now inspired, he joined the young girl in throwing starfish back into the sea.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Soon others joined, and the starfish found their way home.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Each of us is here to sing our song, to share who we are and to do what we came here to do, to act in kindness and take the steps we are called to make.\u00a0 Every action taken within the space of your heart means the world to the individual whose life is changed in its wake.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">It not only takes a village it takes each of us to stand in the truth of what our heart is telling us to do, to have an impact by making love the bottom line.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Inspiration comes in many forms, it is always our willingness to see with our hearts that enables the miraculous shift in perception to unfold bringing with it miracles from our compassionate acts of love to ourself and others.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\u201cOn a point of land, I found the star thrower\u2026I spoke once briefly. \u201cI understand,\u201d I said. \u201cCall me another thrower.\u201d Only then I allowed myself to think, He is not alone any longer. After us, there will be others\u2026We were part of the rainbow\u2026Perhaps far outward on the rim of space a genuine star was similarly seized and flung\u2026For a moment, we cast on an infinite beach together beside an unknown hurler of suns\u2026 We had lost our way, I thought, but we had kept, some of us, the memory of the perfect circle of compassion from life to death and back to life again \u2013 the completion of the rainbow of existence\u201d\u00a0 \u2014 From The Star Thrower Loren Eiseley completed shortly before his death published in 1969 in The Unexpected Universe<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/wholelottaloveland.files.wordpress.com\/2014\/10\/150.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1361\" src=\"https:\/\/wholelottaloveland.files.wordpress.com\/2014\/10\/150.jpg?w=604\" alt=\"Starfish on the shore marching\" width=\"480\" height=\"320\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">May you feel connected, comforted and full of peace<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Today. I will ignite my light!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">I won\u2019t shy away from commitment, I will practice showing up for myself<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">I won\u2019t\u00a0focus on the negative, I will accentuate the positive<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">I won\u2019t worry about what might happen, I will celebrate what does<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">I will have a miracle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">I won\u2019t talk about war, I will feel peace.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">I won\u2019t talk about what isn\u2019t working.\u00a0I will experience what is.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">I won\u2019t complain about what people don\u2019t do.\u00a0I will appreciate what they do.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center\">Cura Et Labore \u201cwith care and work\u201d<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center\">I am going to allow myself to be uplifted.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center\">And be willing to see change.
