It is with\u00a0practice that we create sustainable faith in the perfection of our actions. \u00a0The clarity of spirit emerges through\u00a0the conditioning of a practice opening to the truth of spirit. \u00a0Love is a practice and a choice and an endeavor and a co-creator. \u00a0It lives and breathes in everything as it is the function and energy of the heart. \u00a0The discipline of showing up for a practice that demands we remember the truth we always have the possibility to\u00a0break free from the condition of our human affliction and addiction to fear.<\/p>\n

An icon for so many reasons, Martha Graham had this to say…<\/p>\n

“I am a dancer. I believe that we learn by practice. Whether it means to learn to dance by practicing dancing or to learn to live by practicing living, the principles are the same. In each it is the performance of a dedicated precise set of acts, physical or intellectual, from which comes shape of achievement, a sense of one’s being, a satisfaction of spirit. One becomes in some area an athlete of God.<\/p>\n

To practice means to perform, in the face of all obstacles, some act of vision, of faith, of desire. Practice is a means of inviting the perfection desired.”<\/p>\n

Words spoken by the ultimate pioneer of movement of the body as the expression of life that would influence what would become known as Modern dance,\u00a0Martha Graham<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Faith is an aspect of consciousness. \u00a0Have faith in your practice of being loving to realize everyday miracles. \u00a0Make your life a practice of living in the loving instant, because when love is present fear is not possible.<\/p>\n

It is one of the biggest mysteries of the human condition, how we let what we know will be helpful to our dreams manifesting\u00a0go undone because we\u00a0have fear of what will be when we accept the destiny of our\u00a0power and magnificence.<\/p>\n

It takes a practice. It takes your commitment to show up for yourself, recognizing the truth of each action in a practice of love, facing the fear and sharing your truest self all the while dancing to the beat of your own rhythm.<\/p>\n

Move into the “angels of our better nature” and rewrite any operating manual that isn\u2019t based in Love, that doesn\u2019t include a daily practice of acceptance of yourself and those around you.<\/p>\n

Practice is the enjoyment principle of a\u00a0life fully lived in the power of now. \u00a0When you make Love a daily practice, embracing each step in your process every day becomes a celebration inviting all parts of you to be nourished allowing everyone you encounter to open in joyful meetings and blessed interactions.<\/p>\n

Make today’s practice of love\u00a0a tribute to all of us pursuing our passion, living in our light and expressing our being-ness.<\/p>\n
