I am blessed to live and love my life surrounded by people who have a dream, who work every day to transcend the fear of the unknown, and every day rise up to whatever comes no matter what, with grace and compassion.<\/p>\n

I have come to a place in my life where\u00a0I\u00a0love\u00a0everyone I meet\u00a0for who they are, and\u00a0not for who I wish they were.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The biggest gift you can give anyone is to not make it about you and instead\u00a0to have new vision to count the blessings of what people are bringing to your life.\u00a0\u00a0 Love doesn’t ask you to judge.\u00a0 Love doesn’t ask for you to understand anything.\u00a0 It merely requrires you to open your heart and let it flow.\u00a0 If it aches to do this, more the better.\u00a0\u00a0\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Take today to count the blessings in your life and to love someone more than you thought possible.\u00a0 Turn into the people you see every day, and give yourself the honor of meeting\u00a0face to face\u00a0in a\u00a0practice of loving them more.\u00a0 Go into the qalities that make you feel\u00a0love and experience more and more of\u00a0that fully and at the deepest most open space of your being where you are\u00a0truly meeting another naked and unashamed.\u00a0 With love.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Yes, I have heard and experienced that we are meaner to the people that we love the most than we would ever be to a stranger or a friend.\u00a0 It is a beautiful\u00a0shift to practice in your life\u00a0turning to the person who you have spent years of your life with and to say from that open space of your heart.\u00a0 I love you.\u00a0 (hugging from the heart is also\u00a0a fantastic process – see AMMA<\/a>\u00a0)<\/p>\n

This shift is something I am proud to stand with and to share as often as possible.\u00a0 Be love.\u00a0\u00a0 Watch the world of the heart open up.<\/p>\n

Try to love someone a little more instead of being so irritated as to why you are not doing what you feel you need them to do.\u00a0 Process your own\u00a0frustrations in a different space.\u00a0 Give yourself new tools of learning to communicate your needs.\u00a0\u00a0 Don’t beat up those you love most.\u00a0 Cherish them.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Encourage the ideals that we all share with those we hold most dear, let us say today.<\/p>\n
