Based on the popular book by Irene Brand, the Nebraska-set movie stars Diogo Morgado (<i>Son Of God<\/i>, <em>The Messengers),<\/em> Michaela McManus (<em>Aquarius, One Tree Hill)<\/em>, Lindsay Wagner (<i id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1453820416081_7649\">The Paper Chase<\/i>, <em>The Bionic Woman<\/em>) and Ed Asner (<i>Up<\/i>, <em>Lou Grant<\/em>).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Synopsis (from the UP press release):<\/strong> <em>Law student Kennedy Blaine (<span id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1453820416081_7782\">Michaela McManus<\/span><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1453820416081_7629\">) inherits a ranch in the small town of Valentine, Nebraska. She travels to Valentine with the intent of selling the ranch, but is drawn to the area\u2019s beauty \u2013 and to the ranch foreman, Derek Sterling (<\/span>Diogo Morgado<span id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1453820416081_7627\">).\u00a0 Putting her life in L.A. on hold, she decides to spend some time at her ancestral home and, despite a long-standing feud, to reconnect with family members, including her grandfather, Gabriel Morgan (Ed Asner).\u00a0<\/span><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1453820416081_7624\">But soon Kennedy is subjected to harassment by someone who clearly wants her to leave Valentine. Depending on Derek and his mother June\u2019s (Lindsay Wagner) assistance, she sets out to discover who is behind the offenses.\u00a0 But when her search reveals painful details about her family and raises questions about Derek\u2019s own past, will Kennedy still want to know the truth?<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<div id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1453820416081_7584\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1453820416081_7583\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1453820416081_7582\">The first movie in UP\u2019s <em>Love Finds You<\/em> franchise was <strong><i>Love Finds You In Sugarcreek<\/i><\/strong>, a romantic mystery\/suspense drama set in Amish country, starring Tom Everett Scott (<i id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1453820416081_7605\">That Thing You Do!,<\/i> <em>Southland<\/em>), Sarah Lancaster (<em>Chuck, Everwood<\/em>) and Kelly McGillis (<i>Witness<\/i>,\u00a0<i>Top Gun<\/i>).
