The movie opened in theaters nationwide on Thursday (o1\/26) and exceeded box office expectations, surpassing the three-million dollar mark and finishing eighth overall at the weekend box office this weekend.<\/p>\n<p>Talking about the extension, star\/director <strong>Kevin Sorbo<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.beliefnet.com\/columnists\/faithmediaandculture\/2023\/01\/kevin-sorbo-on-why-his-new-movie-left-behind-rise-of-the-antichrist-may-be-ripped-from-the-futures-headline.html\">whom I talked to prior to the film&#8217;s release<\/a>) expressed appreciation to the moviegoers, saying &#8220;The reaction to this film has been overwhelming&#8230;Thank you to those who bought tickets and wrote thousands of positive reviews on social media.
