TLC says “I Do” to Preacher Wives<\/em>. <\/strong>From The NY Daily News<\/a>: Set in Atlanta, TLC is describing the show as a \u201ccandid look into the holy worlds of outspoken ladies\u201d who work to keep churches running smoothly…\u201cPreacher Wives\u201d will follow the women as they help troubled or needy congregants, hire and fire staff, and occasionally step in and preach.
\n<\/em>Comment:<\/strong> Will the show turn out to be a positive or negative reflection of religion in America?\u00a0 Your guess is as good as mine.

2. Catholic League endorses pro-life October Baby<\/em>.<\/strong> The group’s leader, Bill Donohue says “October Baby is the most gripping drama ever produced about the central civil rights issue of our time \u2013 the right to life. The script is superb, the acting is first-class, and the presentation is flawless. No one who sees this film will ever think the same way again about the tragedy of abortion. Young people, in particular, will find it intensely moving. This is a must-see movie for all Americans.\u201d<\/em>\u00a0 The film opens nationwide on March 23rd.<\/p>\n
