Jesus Christ even started out with more doable healings. But this can lead to healing power becoming predominant in thought, as if that is what is being exercised. It’s not. Health is being exercised or carried out.

To focus on health is to focus on a state of Mind divine, not on the measurable body or apparent levels of healing power.

Divine Mind is healthy, balanced, and whole. Divine Mind is our mind. As the human ego stops professing ownership of health, or stops professing lack of personal health, the mind bursts out of itself into a cosmos of spiritual health that is manifest and experienced, thereby revealing an All-in-all God and an immeasurable health.

From 21st Century Science and Health, “A sick body evolves from sick thoughts. Illness, disease, and death proceed from fear. Debauchery causes hurtful physical and moral conditions. Promiscuousness and self-centeredness are educated in mortal mind when humans repeat the same thoughts over and over, or when they constantly talk about the body or expect pleasure or pain from the body. This exercise pushes away spiritual growth… Now reverse this process. Look away from matter into Truth and Love, the Principle of all happiness, harmony, and immortality. Let your thought embrace the enduring, the honest, and the genuine, and you will bring these into your experience according to how often they occupy your thoughts. We are learning that the human mind affects our health and happiness… There are innumerable accounts of people becoming preoccupied and naturally forgetting their body and its complaints. Our attention can be so focused on reaching a spiritual goal that pain is forgotten and shown to be powerless in the presence of good works. For example, after the September 11th, 2001 plane attacks on the Twin Towers in New York City, many people, especially firefighters performed miraculous feats saving lives, oblivious to their own bodies… Detach feelings from the body, or matter, which is only a type of human belief, and learn the meaning of God, or good, and the nature of the immutable and immortal. Don’t worry when breaking away from mutating time and feelings, because you will not lose a sense of reality, life, or your own identity. As you contemplate spiritual reality, consciousness is purified and being groomed to experience the celestial; similar to a chick which has broken from the shell and preened its wings for a skyward flight.”

My exercise of healing power is more effective when: -Healing power isn’t divided or measured. -Healing power is seen as a tool to exercise. -When exercise is not seen as the cure-all, but God is seen as All-in-all.
