Spirituality and its imminent power to heal are not about complicated religious doctrines but are found directly in the middle of ordinary life and work. For example, my friend, Marie and I get together periodically to read the Bible out loud, confirming the fact that the healing principles active thousands of years ago are active today. During our last reading, we also took a minute to acknowledge and praise how spiritual principles are being manifest in our everyday activities.<\/p>\n
At my work last year, in a building with 100 people who work closely together and pass around colds or the flu, I didn\u2019t collect. God, Spirit, expresses spirituality, me, therefore I am expression and can\u2019t be impressed with anything unlike God, healthy Soul. Marie said she woke up one morning with a rash all over her arms. Instead of following the train of thought that wondered what she touched or ate that could cause such a reaction, she was quiet and attentive to compassion embracing her and the people she knows. She felt a washed consciousness that literally was manifest on her body. The rash entirely washed away within a few hours.<\/p>\n
In child psychology it is believed that children are aware of another mind before they are aware of their own mind, self-conscious. This is emblematic of spirituality, our spiritual mindedness, aware of divine Mind knowing health, peace, and compassion.
