Learning to let go is liberating\u2014and worth feeling good about! <\/p>\n<p>2.\t<strong>Getting a tough task done<\/strong> \u2013 Allow yourself to relish in the success of getting a hard job completed. Everyone needs a mental win.<\/p>\n<p>3.\t<strong>Sticking to the plan you mapped out to reach your goals<\/strong> \u2013 When you\u2019re working every day toward something you want, don\u2019t give up\u2014be proud of yourself.
