In fact, it\u2019s possible to turn your bad mood into a good mood on the same day. <strong>Try these same-day positive mood boosts so you can start feeling good again \u2013 beginning today:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Go for a change of scenery.<\/strong> A new environment or surrounding yourself with different things, different sensations will help shake off that bad mood. There\u2019s a good reason why you instantly feel that \u201clift\u201d when you go for a walk.
