We are all energy, plain and simple. We have a tendency to attach ourselves to the expression of that energy in form which occurs in time and space. However, if we look deeper into our true reality, we will realize that our expressions in the realm of form are mere expressions of ourselves and we are not limited to them. We can be limited by them through over-identification.

The stories that are so compelling to us are often those occasions in which people go beyond the normal view of their expression. In sports, we marvel when athletes show fortitude or the ability to push themselves farther than previously thought possible. Michael Phelps and Usain Bolt are great examples. We also revel when an underdog plays the game of their life.

I had the great fortune to see a war memorial the other day located in Indian Wells, California. It told the stories of four Medal Of Honor recipients. In each case, the recipients went beyond the call of duty with intrepidity and valor. They literally saved hundreds of men at one time while facing incredible odds. Just like movie heroes, theses noble souls evaded 20-100 opposing soldiers during battles to save their compatriots. During the course of their battles, they became boundless. They plugged into the Universal Spirit we call God and achieved incredible feats. They were not bound by fear and did not identify with their limitations. They, in those brief moments, connected with their infinite beings within. It is exhilarating just thinking about them! We too are capable of incredible achievements when we tap into our inner source of energy. It is there for us to use at a moments notice because essentially, we are boundless…

We are boundless expressions of pure infinite spirit.
