\tGod’ love is real. It is palpable. If you truly seek to be filled with God’s love you will receive it. You will be fulfilled. Find the best way for you to focus upon God. Not in a risk \/reward fashion. (Although, I have asked God to shield me from harm or to reward me thousands of times as we all have.) For this particular exercise just ask to be filled with God’s presence. Whether it is through meditation, prayer, jogging, loving, singing, baking, eating, acting, writing, or playing. Whatever activity allows you to stop thinking, to stop expecting and to just be, engage in that activity. Be receptive and you will feel God’ s presence. It is real.
