\nnon-denominational groups, and there are gatherings of people who just
\nwant to get together. Some have educational components: bible study,
\nmeditation classes, book clubs, or discussion groups. Others offer peer
\ngroup support and counseling, emergency assistance, or just
\ncompanionship.<\/p>\n
There are an abundance of anonymous support groups, with a spiritual
\nemphasis, that can really be of great inspiration and release. Local
\nhouses of worship or community centers are a good place to start
\nfinding out what\u2019s available in your area. The Internet, too, on
