It works.  You have to experience it to believe it. There&#8217;s<br \/>\nno need to feel shy or embarrassed right now, it&#8217;s only you and me.<\/p>\n<p>You can do it totally your own way.  You may choose to go through Jesus,<br \/>\nor any teacher: Buddha, Mohammad, Moses, or a guru you have related to,<br \/>\nor speak directly to God himself, or Allah, or to that &#8220;Big Master<br \/>\nEnergy&#8221; or &#8220;Higher Power.&#8221; Up to you.  <\/p>\n<p>The point is&#8230;<br \/>\nASK THAT POWER BIGGER THAN YOU FOR HELP<br \/>\nThe simplest way to get spiritual help that I know of is to ask for it.  You will of course, find your<br \/>\nown unique way of doing this.  I did it very dramatically.  I got down<br \/>\non my knees and called out a <a id=\"295e0122-3cb2-4fe2-9392-fe5c53b8ab2f\" href=\"http:\/\/www.beliefnet.com\/faiths\/prayer\/archive.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"bn-keyword\">prayer<\/a>:<br \/>\n&#8220;God, I give you my life.  I&#8217;m willing to try this.  I need help.<br \/>\nPlease help me.&#8221;  I know that sounds overboard, and truly embarrassing<br \/>\nbut I was so desperate, and had exhausted all other possibilities at<br \/>\nthat point.
