Think about it for several<br \/>\nminutes.<\/p>\n<p>What could you do instead? Read a book or visit a new Internet site.<br \/>\nCall a friend and tell them what&#8217;s wrong.  Attend to some work you&#8217;ve<br \/>\nbeen putting off.<br \/>\nIf you must binge, try a harmless substance, like apples or grapes.<br \/>\nCarrots, crackers, or pretzels with a lot of water can also be<br \/>\nsatisfying.<br \/>\nIf that doesn&#8217;t work, if you must eat a ton of ice cream or fried stuff,<br \/>\ncakes, shakes or whatever, then don&#8217;t think it&#8217;s the end of the world.<br \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If you are about to overeat, stop for a moment and ask yourself if it&#8217;s worth it.
