Try to put your<br \/>\nattention on your breathing&#8211;in and out, in and out. Let any and all<br \/>\nthoughts (and they will come) just float by.<br \/>\nIf you wish, you can say a prayer. Or you may find that repeating a<br \/>\nchant, or mantra is soothing and freeing. Try this: &#8220;I am. I am. I am.&#8221;<br \/>\nOr, &#8220;God, I need help&#8230;I need help&#8230;God, I need help.&#8221;<br \/>\nLet it be only a few minutes, or more if you can.
