I find it sometimes very hard to put up with<br \/>\nemotional issues that makes me sad and depressed. However, I am finding<br \/>\navenues to combat this issue. I either help others, volunteer for a<br \/>\ngood cause, or divert myself from the issue and concentrate on people<br \/>\nwho need my help. I found it very rewarding when I feel and have<br \/>\nfeedback of good deeds that I have uplifted or helped somebody. It<br \/>\nmakes me forget my problems. Try this technique. I just finished a<br \/>\npowerful festival for my community and it was very rewarding and<br \/>\ngratifying not only for me but also for the community in general. I<br \/>\nincluded many people. Of course, God is always my center of universe. I<br \/>\nalways pray that he guides me in everything.
