One is not hungry at all, or already full. Three is average. If you&#8217;re only at a &#8220;3,&#8221; then eat accordingly &#8211; only an average (small) amount. OK? Or perhaps wait a couple of hours.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re super starving (&#8220;5&#8221;) then you should have a little more than average&#8211;but never stuff yourself. Now, if you are really not hungry or still full from a snack, then do not eat! Or only have a few bites.
