A lot of people look to a snack or drink to give it to them.  Sugar, or carbohydrates give only short bursts of energy, and then there&#8217;s a downward, draining backlash.<\/p>\n<p>Try some alternative energy sources like these:  Go for a five minute walk.&nbsp;<br \/>\nIf you don&#8217;t have even 5 minutes to spare, just step outside and take a<br \/>\nminute to really look around and savor the day. Drink a large glass of<br \/>\nwater. Do three minutes of deep breathing. Dance to a tune on the<br \/>\nradio.
