Then, ask yourself if you&#8217;re really eating in a healthy, MODERATE way. What is that? Look at my <a href=\"http:\/\/www.beliefnet.com\/Health\/Weight-Loss\/Norris\/index.aspx\">&#8220;Joy of Weight Loss&#8221; starter plan<\/a> on Beliefnet or on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.norrischumley.com\/nc\/tipsframe.html\">my website under the &#8220;tips&#8221; section<\/a>, or in my book, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Joy-Weight-Loss-Norris-Chumley\/dp\/1930051190\/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&amp;s=books&amp;qid=1248516780&amp;sr=8-1\"><i>The Joy of Weight Loss<\/i><\/a>. The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mypyramid.gov\/\">USDA food Pyramid\/guide<\/a> to serving sizes is also a good reference. You may think you&#8217;re eating less, but the reality may be quite different, and you may not realize it. <\/p>\n<p>Next, are you being active enough? To really lose weight you need to be moderately active every day. Start slowly, and work up to at least 30 minutes per day.
