\nA regular reader asks, How do I surrender my weight problems to God?<\/i><\/p>\n

Simple – just ask for help. Try something like this: Say a silent
\nprayer to God, who lives inside you and is a part of you, “God, I can’t
\ndo this alone. I need help. Please show me the way.” If your vision of
\nlife’s Creative Force involves different language, pick words that fit
\nyour beliefs. The important thing is to reach out to a power beyond
\nyourself for help. Then know that God is helping you, guiding you. <\/p>\n

Surrendering your weight problems to a higher power doesn’t mean being
\npassive. Begin making an effort to learn about nutrition from reliable
\nsources (not fad diets<\/a>).
\nChange your activity habits and do some enjoyable, easy movement for at
\nleast 10 minutes every day. Keep praying to God and give up all your
\nproblems – trust in your Creator 100%.
\nYou will see miracles happen, I promise. Do what God wants, always, all
\nways, and you will no longer have the burden of excess. <\/p>\n
