Flexing your muscles and liberating your bones really makes<br \/>\nyou feel good. In other words, exercise! Go for a walk, take a yoga<br \/>\nclass, or dance a little to some lively music.<br \/>\nDeep breathing is good. Oxygenating your blood is a terrific analgesic.<br \/>\nTake 16 deep breaths, holding for 3 seconds at the end of every<br \/>\ninhalation and exhalation.<br \/>\nHerbs can be soothing, too.
