Slow down and chew completely: 20 chews per bite is good! Taste<br \/>\nthe food, think about what you&#8217;re eating, and enjoy the texture and<br \/>\naroma, and sense the quality and nourishment you&#8217;re receiving.<br \/>\nIn addition to the flavor, be conscious of how nutritional the food is<br \/>\n&#8211; and which vitamins and minerals it is giving you. How does it help<br \/>\nand nourish you body<br \/>\nand mind?<\/p>\n<p>Think about where the food came from: was it grown nearby, or in a<br \/>\ndistant land? How was it cultivated?
