Consisting of bread, peanut butter and jelly, it has all the right ingredients to be mindful of your diet. At the same time, its delicious and a favorite snack of both children and adults. If you want to be extra health-conscious, look toward low-fat peanut butter as an alternative. Similarly, jellies with lower sugar content will help you avoid an excess of glucose.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Popcorn<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Popcorn is another awesome bedtime snack. It&#8217;s light and full of carbs. One common question is, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ketodietrule.com\/is-popcorn-keto\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">can you eat popcorn on keto?<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The answer is yes and no. In particular, you can remove some of the yolk to make it even healthier. Whether you remove the yolk or not, hardboiled eggs contain a substance that naturally makes it easier to sleep. Your body will love a hardboiled egg as you finish your nightly routine and prepare to head for bed. Add a little salt and pepper, and you have a delicious snack to round out the day.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Apples and cheese<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Last but not least, apples and cheese are a favorite snack for kids in their lunchbox. That being said, it shouldn&#8217;t be overlooked as a healthy bedtime snack either. Apples are some of the healthiest fruits out there, and they are available in all seasons. Similarly, cheese is one of the healthiest forms of dairy as well.
