As time passes, our faces and bodies begin to change as they age. While you might still feel like you\u2019re still in your twenties, you aren\u2019t. Your face and body can make that very clear.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, you don\u2019t necessarily have to accept your fate. While you might choose to grow old gracefully, it doesn\u2019t mean that there aren\u2019t things you can do to make yourself look a little younger.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><b> Start at the top<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A human feature that is quick to give your age away is your hair. Graying hair and thinning hair are common as you grow older.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What can you do about it?<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can color the gray out of your hair or have highlights that mask the gray. However, take note that gray hair is very fashionable right now. Women are going to their hairdresser, asking to have their hair dyed gray. So, you\u2019ve got one up on them already.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Take supplements for thinning hair or treatments for alopecia to stop further hair loss. Consider supplementing your diet with <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nchip.org\/multivitamins\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">vitamins for optimal health<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, which are also good for your hair, skin, and nails.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><b> Talk the talk<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Teeth also age. As you get older, they might start yellowing, or they become fragile and susceptible to damage. You might not have been able to have your crooked teeth corrected when you were younger. Whatever the problem is, people that don\u2019t feel good about their teeth tend to be <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/letsreachsuccess.com\/effects-bad-teeth\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">very self-conscious<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> about them.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What can you do about it?<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You could have your teeth whitened professionally.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You might be able to get your crooked teeth straightened with orthodontics like braces. New braces technology means not having rail track metal braces on the teeth. You could get <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jawcenter.la\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Invisalign<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> clear aligners which are more discreet.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Before you get braces, you might need to have <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jawcenter.la\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">jaw surgery<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The jaw and teeth are realigned to help them work together properly. A more well-defined jaw can also enhance the face\u2019s aesthetic.<\/span><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><b> Take another look<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our eyes age as well, and soon, we need reading glasses, or we develop distance vision problems. Refusing to wear glasses because they make you look older will only worsen the problem. The constant eye strain results in further vision weakening.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What can you do about it?<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For distance vision problems, swap your glasses for contact lenses. Alternatively, you can go for laser surgery to have your vision corrected. It is life-altering for many patients who go from being unable to see a few feet in front of them to having perfect distance vision.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When it comes to your reading glasses, choose modern, funky frames to maintain a youthful look.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><b> The skin you\u2019re in<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The skin becomes less elastic <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.webmd.com\/beauty\/effects-of-aging-on-skin\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">as we grow older<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. It is drier and more prone to fine lines and wrinkles than it was when we were younger. Frown lines and crow\u2019s feet are common.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What can you do about it?<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It might be time to change your skincare routine. The products you used in your twenties won\u2019t be beneficial anymore. Use age-appropriate products that offer deeper moisturizing, hydrating, and firmness properties.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you feel that the skincare products you buy aren\u2019t working, you can look at remedies such as filler injections like Botox. Or you could consult a plastic surgeon about having a facelift. If you decide to pursue one of these options, go into it with your eyes open.
