PETA is located in my community. They are always in the news about something. Even though I am an animal lover and hate animal abuse, I find their antics a bit over the edge at times. The photo to the left was one the few photos I could find in Google images for PETA that didn’t include nudity. Apparently, I haven’t seen anything yet.<\/p>\n

PETA is planning a porn site! In order to drive more traffic to their cause and increase public awareness, they have decided that erotica porn is the way to go. Our local paper, The Virginian-Pilot<\/em>, reported the story yesterday. PETA has made application to launch a website under the new domain “xxx”. The site will feature pornography sites (as if we need to feature them because they are so difficult to find!). To make us all feel better about this, the site is going to feature erotica versus hard core porn.<\/p>\n

So let me understand this. “Little Suzie, just go to the porn site to learn about why we don’t slaughter chickens in an inhumane way. Oh and by the way, while you are browsing the site, pay no attention to the way women are being objectified and treated like pieces of meat!”<\/p>\n

I’m sorry. This is an insane idea. It’s OK to exploit the humans so that we learn not to exploit the animals?<\/p>\n

No wonder PETA has\u00a0 image problems.<\/p>\n
