After telling us last year that Tebow doesn&#8217;t know what he is doing on the football field,\u00a0now he wants the Jets to cut Tebow. Basically, Esiason doesn&#8217;t think Tebow is good enough to be a quarterback in the NFL-this from a man who earned his nickname by kicking his mom in the womb!<\/p>\n<p>How did Tebow respond? With his usual humility and grace.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cI\u2019ve heard nothing but great things about Mr. Esiason. I know he was a great player here, and I just wish him nothing but the best in his announcing, and God bless him,\u201d\u00a0\u201cI just continue to use that (criticism) as motivation.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Honestly, I don&#8217;t even care how Tebow plays this year (I am a Bears fan anyway!). I just love the fact that he refuses to engage in negativity. His responses are refreshing.<\/p>\n<p>I can learn from this guy.<\/p>\n<p>So thanks again Tim Tebow for reminding us that we don&#8217;t trade insults for insults. In a culture that reinforces trash talking and putting the other guy down to make you feel better, Tebow reminds us what our faith is supposed to look like&#8211;bless those who curse us (Matthew 5:44).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you ready for some football?
