People are angry even though the justice system worked the way it was supposed to in this case. There was not enough evidence to link this questionable mother to the murder of her daughter. And when that is the case, a jury can&#8217;t find a person guilty. So our anger is not so much at a system that works, but at this woman&#8217;s outrageous behavior which leads us to <em>believe<\/em> she is guilty. Fortunately in America, that is not enough to convict someone of a serious crime with a possible death penalty.<\/p>\n<p>But this disturbed woman does anger us. We don&#8217;t want to see any mother partying when her toddler is missing. We don&#8217;t like her blank stares into space. We don&#8217;t like the way she dismissed her mother and appears cold and unfeeling. We don&#8217;t like the family dysfunction with accusations of sexual abuse and child neglect. Basically, Casey Anthony&#8217;s likability factor is very low, like the villain in a movie&#8211;you don&#8217;t want the bad guys to get away without paying for the crime.<\/p>\n<p>Add to this an unsolved case. We don&#8217;t like not have answers. We don&#8217;t like the idea that someone murdered this child and is getting away with it. We need a target, someone to blame. Otherwise, life feels too out of control.<\/p>\n<p>I pray the police continue to investigate and find out who did kill this child. I pray that Casey Anthony does not continue down a road of pathology&#8211;capitalizing off her daughter&#8217;s death. And I pray that we let go of judging a person found not guilty by the law. God knows who murdered that child and that person will one day face Him.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Are you angry?
