Sikhism originate in India, and the men do not cut their hair but instead wrap it under their turban. They try to learn from a Guru, and according to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.beliefnet.com\/Faiths\/Sikhism\/Sikhism-Basics.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">Beliefnet<\/a>, &#8220;moral purity is considered the chief basis of religion. There is no priesthood per se, but there are official readers of scripture.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Sikhs can be seen in a variety of ways, but sadly they may be feared by a few people in the United States.\u00a0On August 5, 2012, a white supremacist walked into a Sikh temple in Oak Creek and opened fire. When the shooting was over, 6 people were dead and 4 were wounded.
