\"\"<\/a>In Kenya there is a refugee camp named Dadaab. Originially created for only 90,000 refugees, today it holds nearly 400,000 people who are just trying to survive. Life in a refugee camp is difficult to say the least, but there are other issues that might easily go unnoticed. Disease can spread quickly when people live in tight quarters from each other. Without effective sanitation resources, human waste could easily contaminate water. And with greater numbers of refugees coming into Dadaab due to the Horn of Africa food crisis, resources become even more scare.<\/p>\n
