Longtime readers will know I have a special affection<\/a> for the TV show “Undercover Boss,”<\/a> but I missed it this past Sunday. Thankfully, Kevin Knight at New Advent<\/a> didn’t. He’s posted a link to the video of the episode,<\/a> and a defining moment that is beautifully, proudly Catholic.<\/p>\n

The show focused on Bryan Bedford, Chairman of Frontier Airlines, who went undercover to see how the business works, and how it can be improved. But early on, we meet his family and his eight — yes, eight — children, and see them all gathered around the dinner table, crossing themselves and saying grace. If you play the video<\/a>, zoom ahead to about the 3:00 minute mark and you’ll find out why faith matters so much to them.<\/p>\n
