Now comes word that <a href=\"http:\/\/artsbeat.blogs.nytimes.com\/2010\/10\/08\/widow-of-last-lecture-professor-will-write-a-memoir\/?hp\">his widow is writing a book<\/a> about what it was like to be his caregiver: <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\nJai Pausch, the widow of Mr. Pausch, who died of pancreatic cancer in 2008, will write a memoir about the final months of her husband&#8217;s life and her experiences as his caregiver, the emotional trials her family underwent and her life now as a single mother of three children.
